'Year of' in the Bible

In the fourteenth year of king Hezekiah, Sennacherib king of the Assyrians came down, to lay siege unto all the strong cities of Judah.

That I might declare the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of the vengeance of our God; that I might comfort all them that are in heaviness.

For that day of vengeance that I have taken in hand, and the year of my deliverance, is come.
